French Transfer Plan

We are delighted that you're interested in joining the Department of Modern Languages as a French major!

If you are transferring in from another university, you should make sure to send all of your transcripts to UL so that you can receive credit. Once the transfer is complete, you can address any questions about courses and credits to the Head of Modern Languages, Dr. Monica Wright.

If you are already a student at UL and are interested in changing your major to French, you should visit the Academic Success Center in Lee Hall to initiate the change of major if you are currently in Junior Division; if you are in Upper Division, you should go to the College of Liberal Arts office in 101 Griffin Hall to initiate the change of major.
