French Advanced Credit Plan

All students who have studied French before coming to college must take the Advanced Credit Exam at the beginning of their studies in French at UL. Taking the exam will allow us to place you in the perfect course for your level. When you complete your first course after taking the exam, you will receive official credit for the previous French courses -- for free!

By placing at a higher level in French, you will accelerate your progress in the French curriculum, and you will be able to take a broader array of courses earlier in your time at UL.
